2nd preference transfers in Mayoral contest

I'd like to know how the 2nd preference votes transferred in the
Mayoral contest. The London Elects site gives total numbers, but is a
breakdown available by 1st preference vote, i.e. how many Paddick
supporters put Ken or Boris 2nd, etc. etc.?

Does PR harm the Lib Dems?

An interesting piece in the blogosphere about why the Lib Dems do so badly
when they have a "fair" voting system. At the rate they're going they're
going to make PR *more* attractive by reducing the threat of permanent Lib
Dem balance of power!

the London Assembly, the wretched and despised OPWTN (One Party With
Three Names) in a pre-planned plot all left the stage leaving Richard
and a few of the minor candidates. As they scuttled away Richard
