What can I say... OCD is a horrible horrible disease [states the obvious].
I do hope yours lets up soon, you sound about done in. OCD generally does
go up and down... that's the only reason I'm still around to be honest. I'm

I gave up on the B6 and the Niacinamide not long ago. Nothing seemed to
have happened, and I suspected the Niacinamide was making me more agitated,
as if I wasn't agitated enough with all this OCD nonsense. I did try the B6
again at 100mg instead of 50mg, that didn't do anything either. I am still
intending ...
