Me again
I saw my GP this morning and he said I needed to loose about 2 stone to
take me down to the right weight for my height but I've just read a
message on UPSD that says Zyprexa (Olanzapine) is a weight gainer... I
realise you aren't medical bods and can't give medical advice, I'm just
after some opinions ...

Saw my befriender today

He apologised for not coming round last week . We had a chat indoors and
then he went with me to get some groceries from Tesco express.
I had told him that i was having difficulty working out what stuff i
needed to get so he helped me work out a short shopping list before we went.
I got quite anxious and agitate ...
