I have bitten the bullet and asked my youngest step daughter to help me
to get a cleaner in to help keep my place clean. I had told her that i
was having an uphill struggle keeping my flat clean and tidy and she
offered to make contact with a cleaning company for me and get things
sorted.
I feel a bit ner ...

Explained to my youngest step daughter on facebook how things have been
re lack of motivation and not getting dressed/wanting to go out much.
I can't talk to my parents and siblings much about how things are .. My
mother expects me to be ok all the time and tends to turn someone else's
problems into her crisis ...
