Schizophrenia or Psychotic Depression

I am dx with Schizophrenia but I think I suffer from Psychotic Depression, I
am medicated with Anti-Psychotics but perhaps my doctor should add an
Anti-Depressant at my next visit. The reason I say this as every time I have
become psychotic I have been in a negative/depressed mood to begin with. I

But just to let everyone know that things are going good. Just about
completely off the codeine, the worst of the withdrawals are past.
I've met a really nice lady and have been in general quite happy.

Hiya everyone
Has anyone heard from Fergus since yesterday afternoon? I met up with
him in the afternoon but haven't heard from him since and I'm starting
to get paranoid that he's been in an accident or something! I realise
he's prolly busy with work but that doesn't stop the paranoia
unfortunately!!

More than 24 hours later...

... and the defrag is still running! I set it running at 8pm last
night and it's now 8.37pm and it's still going!!!! I can just hear
Steve saying "delete your email and start again" as I've got literally
tens of thousands of messages but that ain't going to happen... my
memory is stored in a lot of those emails ...
