MP3 vs M.E.

Whatever M.E. is, it screws up my ability to relax and gets me cranky,
anyway, I've found having an mp3 player loaded with cool songs with plenty
of "oomph" or relaxing, realy helps, oddly enough :)
Far less "snappy" and irritable. *boogies along to Queen, AC/DC and
Vangelis* ;)
