Words fail me...I'll try to write up a full account of my double relapse
when I have the energy.
Suffice it to say for now that there have been signs of recovery this
week. I have been out twice though both times were followed by two days
in to recover.

For those that don't know I've had cfs for 3 years. I've now got some pretty
bad symptoms. The worse is as soon as I wake up I feel like I need a rest.
Obviously this gets worse throught the day. Anyone got any suggestions? I
feel I can't go on living like this.
