Reading someone's story on a webpage (an ME sufferer iirc though it could
have been FM), I noticed they said roughly: they had unusual pains in their
legs from growing up, but only when running.
Maybe just one of those common things that mean nothing, but despite being
very fit and doing a lot of exercise ...

Apart from the intermittent orthostatic hypotension I get I seem to be
