they asked me to phone the hospital and tell them if there were any
dates when I wasn't available. So I told them that I'm on holiday from
Friday (24th) to 9th September, inclusive.

I'm a bit behind the technology curve on this one but having just had
a go at putting a short [ 50 seconds] video on a friends webpage,
considered it reasonably easy to do.
I then though, wouldn't this be a neat thing for informing newbies
with arthritis about nsaids dmards pathlabs biologicals ...

Following breast surgery recently my surgeon has put me on Arimidex
(Anastrozole) on a 28 day trial starting tomorrow. He's told me of two
possible side effects. Firstly, it might affect my bone density, so he wants
