Programming a key on the keyboard to do something different

Little sister has asked me if it is possible to re-program a key on her
keyboard so that each time it is pressed it produces something other than
what is actually on the key.
I think what she has in mind is to use the F11 and F12 keys to produce ?
and ? or such like after just one keystroke rather than having to r ...

Going over the moors on that lovely road is full of interesting sights :-)
Loch Thom is to one side of it and a series of waterfalls direct the water
of the hills into the Loch. This is the main waterfall which Ray took a
piccy of one day and you must agree it is very pretty:-) Beautiful clear

Just walked on to the surgery to book my 'flu jab. Young receptionist asked
"what's your condition then?" What exactly do you mean?" I asked. "Well,
you're obviously not old enough to qualify for a 'flu jab" she replied. So

Well, different to us gooses!
We use the road over the moors a lot, it's a very pleasant way to get from
Largs to Greenock. Up till now whenever we've been along it we've seen this
view without any water visible.

Thanks for that.I am back in NSW now having had a wonderful time with my
grandson Oliver in WA. Managed to get the really cool weather there -it
went down to 1 degree C over night!!
