Signing Up With Plus.Net

I am off to the shops with Mrs Neighbour tomorrow with the intention of
buying a laptop.
She seems happy to sign up with Plus.Net, I am going to suggest Option 1
as I think her usage will be quite limited, at least to start with.

send them to our immediate family and to certain relatives and friends, but
our kids don't send them to us. Instead, they make telephone calls to us on
