Hi there
I just read that fresh tuna contains mercury and you should avoid eating it
during pregnancy. Apparently canned chunk light tuna contains less mercury,
but should still be eaten in moderation. I usually have a small can of tuna
everyday in a salad for lunch. Does this mean I can't do this anymore? Wh ...
