Slightly OT: Windows Vista parental controls

Hello all
My children have a new computer and it has Windows Vista installed on it
(which I don't like, but that's another story!). Vista has a seemingly good
parental control system, and I have set the computer up with myself as
administrator, password protected, and each of the children as users. The
