MMR

Had a letter from school about the tetanus etc jab which son is due.
Not a problem with that at all.
But a second letter saying he's not had all his doses of MMR and needs
a jab for that. I'm pretty certain he's had both (Am just about to
ring docs and check) - so does he need another? Is it standard just to
say ...
