Which pollen/s causes hay fever this early ?

I've been suffering from mild hay-fever in the summer months for the
last 3 years having first suffered age 38. I started getting symptoms
4 days ago, which seems early, given that there can't be much pollen
about. I'm in a semi rural area in North Hampshire and the only thing
in flower is daffodils. I'm mystified ...
