vision, have moderate hearing loss and also suffer from physical

I needed a new piece of foam for the inside of my wheel chair cushion I
rang RGK where I bought the chair and they asked me if I wanted it hard,
medium or soft . Is there really any difference to whether they prevent
pressure sores or not . TIA ...

Need help with cleaning.

I suffer from severe depression. My rented private accomodation is in
need of a lot of cleaning. I can't manage this by myself. I have
phoned Birmingham City Council for help with cleaning, but they have
told me there is no such help. Can anyone tell me if I can get any
help to clean my house? Maybe some charities ...

Flat tyre on Scooter

1st time to have a flat tyre. I have a Mercury M48 and no mention of
how to change the tyres etc in manual. The inner tube is a 4.00-5 and
so far local delaer quotes me ¡ê9.00 for an inner. Anywhere cheaper
please and also do we need to take the wheel off to change the tyre.
I'm hoping it hasn't damaged the tyre as ...

wheelchair tyre tip

I recently purchased new knobly mountain bike tyres for my off road wheel
24x2 from my local bike shop and they suggested fitting downhill tubes
inside
these are thick oversized tubes, that when fully blown up arn't
overstretched and offer better puncture protection
I also had some more tyres fitted to my spyn ...

Driving Assessment Query

My neighbour who has Motor Neurone Disease went for a driving assessment
today and failed the driving test. They said his response was too slow.
He regularly drives a motability Polo automatic, slightly adapted with a
foot rest alongside of the brake so he can slide his foot across quickly.
