I got fed up withtrying to sue Scottish Borders Council over my
damaged scooter and din't feel safe on it really after it was
replaced. I bought a MercuryM48 from ebay and picked it up a month

This could hurt. And dont forget, other cities will be looking at what
Red Ken does, so it could be coming to a city near you.
I dont see any allowances for disabled.

I used to get severe disabilty allowance but then my son who was at college,
finished college and because he was over 18 yrs of age he was classed as a
