Liability insurence

A friend of Mine has Had a stroke and applied for liability insurance to
one of the sites on the internet selling insurance for powered mobility
scooters etc but was refused . Is this normal practice for some does
anyone know? ...

Batteries for a Mercury M48

I'm pretty sure I will need to replace my batteries as i only get short
differences. 1st quote ¡ê172.00 for 2 I think that's steep.
The details for the batteries are 12V 44/AH x2
Last year I had seen some on ebay but can't find anything now. Anybody
know where I can get cheaper but good batteries please?

Large square Clock

I saw a clock somewhere which would be great for somebody with sight
problems. It was rectangular. Around 8-10" across. 6" down. It had
large numerals and also had the date. It was very visible and has
anybody seen one of these please? I've checked out RNIB no luck.

Today in some parts of Rural Britain when one exercises their rights,
name calling comes into play. Documents go missing. Whilst I was on
PROBATION offenders and staff would verbally abuse me, then when I
make requests for the CCTV footage it would go missing. When I asked
for my file they gave me a tatty folder ...

Mobile link for disabled person

I care for my badly disabled wife & at home we rely on Warringtons Pendant contact centre.
This lets my wife just press her pendant button and the Tunstall unit rings the care centre
who then correspond by the loudspeaker. They then ring me as the carer.
The odd occasion that we use our caravan we have used a pair ...

Travel scooters

Can anybody tell if there is a travel (portable) scooter which can
take surfaces like cobbles without shaking itself and the rider to
bits? The one that I have has no suspension at all.
