BBC2 subtitles

Here in Norfolk we've had no subtitles on BBC2 since at least Tuesday Nov
14. Phone calls and emails to the BBC haven't produced any information.
I've no idea if it's a local or national problem. Has anyone else had this
problem? What part of the country are you in, if so?
