I have a mitre saw up for auction. 99p - no reserve. One person has bid on it and 5 are watching. I have just realised that the saw can't be safely used because the blade guard won't reassemble to the frame. How do I retract the item and advise bidders/watchers why? Thanx, FoggyTown ...
