Just been to my local sub PO to send off a small parcel recorded - they
tapped in the destination postcode and decided that the contents were
"industrial bearings" because that is the business of the firm at that
postcode.
When I said it wasn't bearings they wanted to know what it was saying that

e-Cheque Message from Paypal

I haven't had an e-cheque today but just got this from Paypal (it was
addressed to my full name so I doubt it's a spoof), they claim to have sent
the buyer an e-mail explaining the delay, I'd like to see a copy of it ! :

It's for a mobile, there's no obvious warning signs: the reason seems
plausible, 100% feedback, english grammar & spelling is ok, but I'm
still wary!

Is Recorded Delivery acceptable as a form of tracking for PayPal now
they've made all the changes to it?
