Just tried logging in my paypal acount and it said i wasnt entering the
incorrect passowrd, tried several times and still the same.
Panicked a bit and presumed id been hacked! just spoke to paypal and they
are having prolesm with all thier site and was told all should be fine in 3
to 4 hours!

I've used ebay for about 4 years, as a buyer and seller. managed to accrue
nearly 200 positives, no neutrals, no negs.
Now I find a distinct change in the attitude of buyers. They've got the
whip hand now and they appear to know it.
My last couple of sales have been marred (for me) by the purchasers

Bought an item last week. Unfortunately description was somewhat confusing,
and I ended not with the item that I thought that I had paid for. Upon
pointing this out to the seller she immediately appologised, asked me to
return it to her, and just refunded me everything in full.

I sold a suit on Ebay. Second hand, but it's got too big for me, and I've
only worn it 6 times. It cost me ¡ê99 when new.
So, some guy wins the auction, and buys my suit for 99p. So he's getting it
for 1% of its original value.
I don't mind this, as it would just have went on Freecycle, or to the
charity shop o ...

Following on from a previous post, and after much delaying by Paypal, they
have finally adjudicated a dispute in my favour.
The situation was that I received a significantly not as descirbed item from
a seller. As advised by Paypal, I duely returned it.....effectively meaning
I was ¡ê40 postage out of pocket f ...
