Payment methods     Sat, 23 Aug 2008 13:34:57 -0700 (PDT)
Ebay seems to push the "instant transfer from your bank account" payment method to sellers. Why? Wouldn't most people prefer to use their CC to make payments (via paypal) because of the protection the CC gives them? FoggyTown ...

54p in paypal fees 40p listing fee ¡ê1 in final value fees That's almost 20% and far more than I'm prepared to pay. Sorry Ebay , I think you've just lost another customer as this is the final straw -- Alex "I laugh in the face of danger , then I hide until it goes away" www.drzoidberg.co.uk ...

Feebay - ?     Fri, 22 Aug 2008 22:16:43 +0100

I just looked on my Paypal account and got ¡ê145 (2 x ¡ê72.68) from Paypal for qualifying merchant rate transactions today whatever they are, didn't get an email notifying me though. Not arguing over free money! I wonder how often this has happened and I haven't noticed due to no email - anyone else had this? ...
