My paypal dispute won

Hi Guys\girls,
Well I basically won and item, I didn;t receive it, seller was not to
helpful so I started a paypal dispute, then escalated to claim. Paypal Have
ruled in my favour and refunded me. The seller contacted me yesterday to
tell me that the package was sent back to them with "not picked up" on it
...
