Ebay share price

Once again I'd like to say our policies are working, whilst the average US
share price (Dow Jones/Nasdaq) has only dropped 5% today, ebay are once
again ahead of the pack with a whopping 9% as I write, down to a new low
(shurely achievement, Ed) of $17.26, when six month ago it was nearly double
that.
And 1 ...

What to do if buyer contact details fake?

One of my auction items went for ¡ê5 on ebay on 2/10/08. So
far no communication from buyer and does not respond to my
emails.
The buyer has recently registrated and has one feedback
(positive from a seller) but the registation details are
