Amazon seem to have a nice new feedback idea. You can now leave comments on
packaging, regardless of whether you bought from them, or Marketplace. Neat.
I did, btw, once complain politely about Amazon's own packaging, which was
not up to standard. The instantly gave me a 30 percent refund, which I

Getting a blackmailed Neg removed ?

Sold a phone, advertised as in very good order, buyer sends a email
complaining the screen is scratched and if I didn't refund them the cost
a new screen they would give me a neg.
I asked them to send me a photo of the damage, couple of days later?I
get a arsey email with photos of a very scratched screen a ...
