Currys LCD TV

On June 14th I purchased a LG LH3000 42" LCD TV from a local Currys store.
The set has worked perfectly up until this morning, when I noticed a thin
black line (dead pixels?) running from from top to bottom of the screen.
I paid ¡ê699 cash and did not take out extended warranty.

On the 12th of this month I ordered an ink cartridge, after the promised 72
hours had passed I emailed support@007inks.co.uk on two consecutive days -
both bounced, so I phoned and selected the customer support option where I
got a recorded message stating they don't do customer support over the
phone.

Today (Wednesday) marks a full week since placing my order (72 hours was
promised), I sent an email yesterday and today - which were both ignored.
Getting through by phone is a pain in the arse - even sales! The support
