womens jazz band meets UK

Is there anyway of accessing a list of premises that have registered for a
new performance license, I phones two places today only to find that they
used to have groups play but didn't put in for a new licence so cant put on
live music. It seems that if we new which pubs and clubs had licenses and
what for it ...
