OT: Photo processing

Hi
I've been looking at some of the fab photos from Buxton (jeez, was that
awesome)
Anyways, Just wondering how others have dealt with their photos.
All I did was drag them off the cameras memory card, maybe a bit of cropping
if needed,
resize (is there a special way to do this ? I just do it in the oldish ...

OT : Video Sizing

I've got a few videos from this weekend's shenannigens in Buxton.
However the file sizes are a bit big for upload to YouTube.
Being a bit of a novice at manipulating video files, I need some help?
Can anyone suggest some (free) software that will enable me to downsize the
video files?

capo? I've been playing for about 6 months now (racking up 3 hours a day
practise on average - I play rock/alternative type guitar, and have a
