Hi all
We have a new track up on Soundclick called Worlds Collide. A cool rock

It would be appreciated if you would give us a bit of support and have a
listen.

Does anyone know if Gibson ever made a Les Paul Deluxe with full-size
humbuckers?
Fri, 02 May 2008 10:00:41 +0100
I can't remember seeing one. I've looked at the Tony Bacon book and on
t'internet and can see no sign of one.
That said, if they did make one, I guess that someone here would know ;O)
TIA,

fret spacing calculator
Thu, 1 May 2008 19:07:09 +0100
I recently rediscovered this spreadsheet I concocted a few years ago for
automatically calculating chromatic fret spacings for any scale length and
up to 36 frets. It's for 'ideal' strings with no stiffness but any scale
length can be entered so compensated offset scale-lengths for intonation can
be tried. The ...

Double jointed beginners
Thu, 01 May 2008 11:05:54 +0100
Hi all,
Who's double jointed ... and what effect does it have on the way you
hold down chords ... especially those with any sort of barre in them?
I have quite a few kids I teach who are double jointed and almost
without exception they seem to find it twice as hard to get to grips
with barre chords.
If any ...

3/4-size electrics?
Thu, 01 May 2008 09:35:19 +0100
Long story short... neighbour of a friend wants to buy a first guitar
for son's birthday. I don't know the full story, but they're
specifically enquiring about 3/4-size guitars.
Anyone know of anything worth recommending? He'll want an amp, too, so
an all-in-one package would be okay too.
(If it turns out ...
