Buxton vocals - anyone fancy a challenge?

Yo.
So i've been musing (this is a pun, you just don't know it yet) what
to play off of Buxton, and one of the intial strong contenders is
"Plug In Baby" by Muse (see, told you it was).
The problem is those vocals - they go a tad high and i can see them
being a tall order.
So, before I put it on the matrix ...

should think about buying tickets now.
You get cheaper fares the further in advance that you book but you can't
book more than (I think) 60 days in advance.

Strat jack plate

Does anyone know where to find a NON recessed Strat jack plate. I.e.
same shape as the strat jack plate but just a flat bit of metal with a
hole drilled through it?
Years ago I remember seeing these for sale as cheap strat bits and

Slightly OT: Hardware MIDI sequencers

Does anybody know if there any firm still makes no-frills midi sequencers
like the old Alesis MMT8(?) and the Roland PMA5 i.e. just outputting midi
data, simple interface, no fancy gizmos onboard sound banks etc, etc ?
Or is this all one by laptops/netbooks etc running software sequencers
through USB/midi int ...

Rhythm guitarist needed at Buxton

Nige mentioned earlier that the acoustic section really didn't need
drums & bass, so in order to get away with 'Red House' in the
afternoon I need an acoustic rhythm player who can nail the twelve bar
but doesn't mind farting around with the chords a bit to give me
something to play off.
