There's been a lot of coverage this week of various awards in Germany
: First of all the Rolling Stones turning up for the Golden Camera
along with Martin Scorsese. What was really noticable was Keith
Richard's fingers - the joints seem extremely swollen, as though he's
got arthritis.

Scales and Modes for Guitar, Cliff Douse, 1986(!).
My 20 year old copy is getting a bit dog-eared these days. Bought a newer
version from fleabay a while ago but it's not spiral-bound and won't lay
flat :-(
