US, July 9, 2007 - William Shatner has revealed that his former Star Trek
co-star Leonard Nimoy will appear in J.J. Abrams' forthcoming Star Trek

have gone for Zachary Quinto as Spock. Interesting.

TNG scheduling on the BBC

A year or so ago, the BBC began rebroadcasting TNG episodes starting
from the very beginning, initially on BBC2 on Saturday afternoons and
subsequently on BBC1 on (bizarrely) Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. The

Looking at wikipedia (I know!) It seems that the latest casting rumours
for the big three are, as of February 2007, Matt Damon for Kirk, Adrien
Brody for Spock, and Gary Sinise as McCoy.
