What the fuck is it with broadcasters?
Just settled down to watch Fritz Lang's, Ministry of Fear, a classic
film noir I taped from channel four in the middle of last night.
Nice opening credits, opening scene suitably moody, when suddenly we're
treated to some fucking woman in a red jumper flailing about ...

BBC1 digital signal in West Yorkshire.

Is anyone else getting very bad break up of their digital signal, I was
watching on the Freeview T.V. while having tea and it was dire, it's not
much better on the Virgin Mediocre V+ box, I've had to resort to
watching on analogue it's so bad.

While looking through some takeaway menus i noticed that one takeaway
has (kebab salad) while a different takeaway uses (salad kebab) .
What one is correct ? .
(its the exact same as a normal kebab - but without the doner meat) ...

Must admit i wasnt paying that much attention when adding them to the
basket as one packet of onion rings is much like another & only noticed
the actual description when glancing through the confirmation email .
But , Does that mean the guy who made them was drunk ? .

OT - credit card - silly

Tried to use the credit card pay by telephone option to pay off and
clear the balance via a bank debit card .
But the credit card keypad menus only allows a single option of paying
¡ê10 (or whatever the minimum payment is) .
Isnt this rather silly - when all thats needed is to type in a e.g. 3
digit number ...
