Hello,
I saw a police car yesterday which had alternate flashing lights,
they were the main beams, the dipped lights were still on all of the
time..
Just so you know.. Leicestershire Police, Skoda, Big VRS or
something, the one that's based on a Passat.

See in the Mail the other day... Some bloke identified two criminals
from street view, despite their faces being fuzzed. Google producedd
the un fuzzed images and the slugs have been arrested.
But I expect you'll still argue for the rights of the wrong-doer.
