For the 2nd week in a row, we've had a climber to #1 - when was the last
time that happened, I wonder?
Unfortunately that climber was Ne-Yo, rather than Pink as I hoped. She
has to settle for #4*.
The highest genuine NE was Embrace, with (their IMO fairly mediocre)
'Nature's Law' at #2.

Well, well, another climber to #1 - and it wasn't even connected with
pre-release downloads! Orson complete a 3 week climb to #1, albeit on a
dreadfully low sales figure.
It becomes the second single to climb to #1 this year, with others
certain, due to the new download inclusion rules.

Not content with excluding songs over 1 year old, and ones less than
that if they are deleted (even if still selling steadily on download),
they've now cut the size of the singles chart. :(
IMO their mandate should simply be to reflect what is actually selling,

Meck hold on for a 2nd week, but with very limited competition, change
near the top was minimal, indeed there was no change in the top 4 at
all.
Highest NE was ex-Atomic Kitten, Liz McClarnon at #5 - an unusually good
performance for an ex-girl-group member nowadays.
