OT - asking for help with Agent email attachments

For the last months agent has been pulling out image attachments, jpgs
etc, and putting them automatically on my desktop. This is not just
photos of grandson, which I then put into a folder, but any spammy
image in the email. Every now and then I have stuff all over the
place and have to clean it off.
