OT-Umratica techs

I don't use IE, honest, I use Firefox, but I have IE on the computer
because it's an 8 or 9 year old computer using XP. And had Opera put
on and then FF.
I get lots of popups opening in IE. I turned off permission to the
highest level for any popups and closed exeptions but still they pop.
