A long shot (and a long story, abridged here)?
I am desperately seeking a hortensia from Sainsburys (the grocery part,
not ex-Sainsburys Homebase/garden centre). I'm told it's in a blue pot
for about GBP13. Has anyone seen anything of that ilk?

Ask EU - taxing a vehicle that used to belong to a disabled driver

Has anyrat ever been through the process of trying to tax a vehicle that
used to belong to a disabled person? I can't retax, because I don't have
the exemption certificate (for obvious reasons!) and I can't change the
disabled class anywhere that I can find, either on a form, or online, or
by phone. Any clues? ...
