Has anyrat ever been through the process of trying to tax a vehicle that used to belong to a disabled person? I can't retax, because I don't have the exemption certificate (for obvious reasons!) and I can't change the disabled class anywhere that I can find, either on a form, or online, or by phone. Any clues? ...
