S video Switch box?

Has anyone see such a thing as an S Video switch box?
I have a requirement to connect three outputs (PC, Freeview or DVD) to two
inputs (TV or Projector)
The only common socket on all of them is S Video.
Obviously it will only be one to one.
(Yes I know I can combine the Freeview & PC but currently I don't want ...

Component 720p HD possible?

I recently read an article stating the original X-box was capable of
producing 720p component output in NTSC
This confused me as I was under the impression that component was
limited to 480p in NTSC
Am I missing something because if this is right, why is HD considered a
new thing given the age of the X-box? ...

panasonic UG2 fluctuates between too hi / too low

Update - on old Panasonic (TX-28ps1)...
... on first switching on ... picture shows very bright
-sometimes almost white... if it gets too white it
seems to cause the TV to switch off into standby...
if not then after 10 minutes it settles down to a more normal
(perhaps slightly dark, overly contrasted?) picture. ...
