BT Total Broadband problem

Hi,
Since the installation, I've had huge problems with the speed of my
broadband.
The speed was ridiculously low around 50 kbps. I have called BT several
times about this problem, they said there was a problem with the phone line
etc.
The problem Has now been resolved they said, and the speed stabilise ...
