Anime Central are currently showing "Transformers: Victory" after "Ghost in the Shell". The strange thing is that GiTs is dubbed, but Transformers: Victory is subtitled. I'm still trying to work this out. Who subtitled it? Was there a subtitled Western release? Was it one of those educational things, like ...
