As a hearing aid user I get through quite a few batteries - those little fellas thhat I think contain mercury. The Hearing Aid centres used to take the old ones and dispose of them, but they don't any more. So I have a growing collection of old batteries. Anyone got any ideas on how I can dispose of them safely ...

Looks like the old Fire Station in Coventry is finally getting refurbished - upstairs is going to be a Fusion restautant run by Rois Ali of the Rupali; downstairs, a wine bar run by the chap who set up "Millsys" in Earlsdon. Should be good for the new square... Also the Victoria buildings are being demolish ...
