Accident in Leamington, Wednesday morning

On Wednesday morning at around 7am, there was an accident at the junction of
Othello Avenue and Tachbrook Road. I did not see the accident, but it look
quite serious in that all 3 emergency services were closing in on the scene
as I detoured.
Anyone know what happened? Couldn't find anything in the usual ...
