Waterloo to Liverpool St - best route?

Not really a u.l.t-v question (except that I'll be commuting from
the t-v area to Waterloo) but does anyone here who commutes
regularly to the City have any suggestions?
AFAICS there are 3 possibilities:

I have been dealing with the Glass Glazing Federation for the past year
over a totally bodge job carried out by one its members. It has been a
total waste of time and money. They always take sides of the company
and have no interest in the customer. So all in all the logo on glazing
