My guess is 35-40% from peak, which will leave a "two-up-two-down" Victorian
terraced house at about ¡ê80,000- ¡ê100,000
I am really glad about what is happening to house prices at the moment, and
we've only just begun the downward part of the roller-coaster!

Why do people who can't change gear insist on buying a car with a manual
gearbox? Usually it's the same people who would be horrified if they were
classed as "manual" workers.
