Has anyone visited this museum?
Is it any more than just a restored winding engine?
Can anyone compare it to Woodhorn museum near Blyth which as now big and
professional and no fun anymore.

are blasting the carbon dioxide into our atmosphere. They sell their

"Tyneside tunes" included in a French classical piece about 1900?
Fri, 29 Jun 2007 07:48:07 +0100
There was a French composer, a "big name", but I have forgotten it,
who incoroporated some Tyneside tunes (Keel Row, that kind of thing)
into a classical piece, about 1900. Can anybody remember any further
details?

Is there still life north of Chester le Street?
Wed, 4 Jul 2007 13:43:26 +0100
I'm getting a little concerned, as it's well over a month since there
has been a posting from God's Own Country.
Are you all all right up there? Or has everyone hibernated for the
summer?
Cheors,
Ian.
