I've just returned after being cut off from the internet for 24 hours. Spent
half an hour on the phone with my isp's help desk this morning, and got
nowhere. They promised me a call from 'a level 2 supervisor' within 48 hours
. . . grrr. In the end I realised that if something needs fixing, it's a lot
quicker ...
