I wonder why the Durham District Land Registry ignored a false made entry on
the Land Register even though a solicitor swore an affidavit that the
information he had sworn in his Statutory Declaration used to make that
false entry had not been true. Is anyones property safe in such
circumstances? Was it to assist ...
