Roadworks on the M1

Has anyone actually been done for speeding in the roadworks J8-J11 yet? I
see the average speed cameras but people pass me at all sorts of speeds
every day. Does anyone know what the cameras are set to trigger at, or are
they simply to dissuade you from going too fast?

There is a poxxy spamming company called LBM. They call your mobile and
hang up leaving an 0800 number 0800 0641081.They're calling mobiles
24/7 several times a day.
When you call the 0800 number you get a recorded message telling you to
call a pay number to stop their unsolicited rubbish.
